Return and Exchange Policy

At LineTribe, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not offer returns, we strive to ensure that you receive high-quality products in excellent condition. If you receive a damaged or tampered product, we are here to help.

Damaged or Tampered Products

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or tampered product, please send us an email at contact@linetribe.in within 5 days of receiving your order. Kindly include the following details in your email:

1. Your order number
2. A clear photograph of the damaged or tampered item
3. A brief description of the issue

Once we receive your email, our customer service team will review your case and initiate the return process. We aim to process all returns within 10-12 days.

Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes items may not fit as expected or the incorrect item may be delivered. In such cases, you can exchange items for free within 5 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and with all tags intact. To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at contact@linetribe.in with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.
2. Specify the reason for the exchange (fit issue or incorrect item) and the new item or size you would like to receive.
3. Our customer service team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with a return shipping label if applicable.

Reverse Pickup

For faulty deliveries, we offer a reverse pickup service. Our logistics partner will arrange to collect the product from your address. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. We recommend checking the product details and sizing information before making a purchase to ensure you select the right items.
